Jay Brooks, Karen Wiley and Glenn Williams joined together in partnership to form Affinity Marketing Services in June of 1996. The partners shared over 50 years of combined experience in retail marketing. The team previously worked together in marketing and merchandising for many years at Family Christian Stores, the largest Christian bookstore chain in the country.

Based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Affinity Marketing Services is positioned to provide support for small, mid-sized, and even large companies.

Jay has been involved in every aspect of marketing processes, from graphic artistry, to retail merchandising and store design, to leading teams in the development and implementation of complex marketing strategies. But perhaps Jay's greatest asset is his ability to think beyond the expected and lead others to success.
